A mask peel is a type of facial treatment where a peel-off mask is applied to the skin and then peeled off after it has dried. The mask is usually made of ingredients like clay, charcoal, or fruit enzymes, which work to exfoliate and remove impurities from the skin.

During a mask peel facial, or skin care our professional will typically start by cleansing the skin to remove any dirt or oil. Then, the peel-off mask will be applied in a thin, even layer and left to dry for a set amount of time, usually around 15-20 minutes.

Once the mask has dried, it will be peeled off in one piece, which can be both satisfying and mildly uncomfortable. The peel-off action helps to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores, leaving the skin looking and feeling smoother and more refreshed.

After the mask peel, a skin care professional may apply a moisturizer or other products to help hydrate and soothe the skin. It’s important to note that while mask peel facials can be beneficial for many people, they may not be suitable for those with very sensitive skin or certain skin conditions.
