Laser Tattoo Removal Melbourne

Picoway vs Q switch

Body art removal: With Q-switched lasers, it takes 12-15 painful sessions to remove a tattoo. PicoWay’s advanced technology only needs 5-7 comfortable sessions. It’s safe for skin types 1-5, minimizing risk of hypopigmentation or scarring.

  1. Cutting-Edge Technology: Highlight the advanced technology of Picoway lasers, particularly their ultra-short pulse duration in the picosecond range, which sets them apart from traditional Q-switched lasers.
  2. Fast Results: Emphasize the faster treatment times and potentially fewer sessions needed with Picoway lasers due to their ultra-fast pulse duration, offering convenience and quicker results for patients.
  3. Minimal Downtime: Highlight the reduced risk of side effects such as post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and scarring, thanks to the precise targeting of pigment with Picoway lasers.
  4. Versatility: Discuss the versatility of Picoway lasers in treating various skin concerns, including tattoo removal, pigmented lesions, and skin revitalization, showcasing the broad range of applications.
  5. Clinical Evidence: Provide information on clinical studies or research supporting the efficacy and safety of Picoway laser treatments, instilling confidence in potential customers.

PicoSure™ or PicoWay™ Laser?

Which Way to Go?

When it comes to tattoo removal, clients often wonder about the superiority of PicoSure™ and PicoWay™ lasers. However, one laser isn’t inherently better than the other. It depends on the individual case. To help you make an informed decision, let’s delve into the differences between the PicoWay™ and PicoSure™ lasers. We’ll assess factors such as pain levels, removal process, effectiveness, and tattoo ink color.

The PicoSure™ Laser Our Cynosure PicoSure™ laser is widely recognized as the industry standard for tattoo removal. With its advanced technology, it delivers a powerful photothermal impact while minimizing damage to your skin. Experience the benefits of Picosure tattoo removal and achieve remarkable color removal with fewer treatments. Trust our expertise to help you achieve the results you desire.

How Does the PicoSure™ Laser Work?

The PicoSure™ laser allows us to target specific areas of the skin for customized tattoo removal. Its 755 nm true Alexandrite wavelength breaks down ink pigments into smaller particles, enabling them to pass through the lymphatic system. However, compared to the PicoWay™ laser, the PicoSure™ requires more energy due to its longer picosecond pulse duration. This, combined with its wavelength, can limit its effectiveness in treating black or red ink. Additionally, the PicoSure™ operates at a standard 750ps, which is only 25% faster than 1 nanosecond, making it less efficient for certain tattoos.
